Gosia Kuszewski ND
(B.Health.Science- Naturopathy)

Gosia Kuszewski has assisted hundreds of people to lose signifcant amounts of weight and more importantly, keep it off!  She has also assisted many people with dietary related problems such as sugar imbalances, strong cravings, and gaining more energy through the correct combinations of food.

She specialises in digestive problems and strongly believes that the health of the digestive system is crucial to overall health. She has extensive experience in curing or alleviating ailments such as bloating, irritable bowel syndrome, heartburn, constipation, bad bacteria, worms, yeast infections like Candida, parasites and diarrhoea, and with her naturopathy background can quickly and easily identify the root of the problem by taking a comprehensive history and conducting a number of tests.

With this information at hand she creates personalised treatments and also offers regular and ongoing support to help you achieve your optimal health and/or weight.

Gosia lives what she teaches - her health is her absolute priority and she forever maintains a positive outlook on life.

She loves to inspire and motivate others to take control of their health.
 
Born in Poland, Gosia came to Australia in 1989 and lived and studied in Melbourne before moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2003, where she says she 'finally feels at home'.

She has Bachelor of Science – Naturopathy, which she got at the oldest and most prestigious college of Naturopathy in Australia, Southern School of Natural Therapies in Melbourne.
 
Gosia regularly attends professional seminars and undertakes other training to further her knowledge and assist her patients. She has worked with Darryl Jones, who formed a cancer support group called CANHELP, which helps people to overcome cancer without chemotherapy or drugs.

She has also completed training with Health World (also known as Metagenics, a leading vitamin supplier in Australia), where she became a BIA (Bioimpedence Analysis) Certified Practitioner. This training enables her to undertake valuable tests measuring body fat, muscle mass, fluid balance, biological age, level of cell hydration, and general health of the cells.
